His ship was parked behind the Hood in dock, and he and others went aboard the Hood, for a quick banyan and took a photo of himself and some mates on Hoods deck, which he showed me. And he added 'After this the Hood sailed off to her demise, so I was one of the last men to stand on her deck'. Life's little things.
